Join us in the town of Allegany NY at Saint Bonaventure University on the weekend of July 24 to 27, 2020. We will venture into the mountains of Pennsylvania, the pristine roads of Allegany State Park and the Ellicottville area.

Timing
 
The 4-day weekend will begin Friday July 24th anytime after 7:00 am and conclude on Monday July 27th until 9:00 pm.This means that we have almost four full days of riding or other recreational activities. If possible plan to arrive early on Friday, enjoy the day and join us for dinner (not on campus). On the Monday you can spend the entire day and drive home after rush hour. To stay additional days, arrangements can be made for early arrival/late departure DIRECTLY through the college.. 
 
Cost
 
The cost of the the weekend is $315 Canadian.This is good value because we have four full days to enjoy the area.The University is in a great location far from urban centres and near the lovely Allegany State Park in New York and Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. The riding promises to be pristine and quiet. 
 
We are signing a contract with Saint Bonaventure on February 14th for 65 riders. We are paying a deposit based on that number so will be committed. We need a firm handle on numbers before signing the contract. If you want to attend we need a deposit of $70 plus your annual membership fee of $30 for a total of $100 CA. We will notify you when you need to pay the final balance of $245 CA.
 
Accommodation
 
Each townhouse apartment includes four single private bedrooms with a twin size bed, closet, computer desk and dresser in each. The apartments also have a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator and stove. There is a communal living/dining room area with a couch, chair, table and chairs. There is a full bath and a half bath in each apartment. Townhouse apartments are air conditioned and controlled by one unit in the main area.
 
Meals
 
Meals will be served at the Hickey Dining Hall on campus. They include breakfast (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), and dinner(Saturday, Sunday). A wide range of menu options will be available including special diets. See sample menu listings below:
 
Breakfast: Muffins, Bagels and Croissants, Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar Vegetable Strata, Hash Browns, Crisp Bacon, Sausage Links, Pancakes and Syrup, Cereal, Fresh Seasonal Sliced Fruit, Assorted Juices, Gourmet Coffee and Tea.

Dinner: Hot and cold buffet including sandwich/salad stations, pizza, create your own pasta station, grilled chicken, baked potato, veggies, soda station, and dessert station.
