Barrie Duo 

Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24, 2018                                                   Day rides starting from Georgian College in Barrie, 9:30 am.  Saturday takes in some views of Lake Simcoe on quiet "cottagey" roads to Orillia and returns through the          countryside; distances of 50, 80 and 110 kms.

Sunday has some good climbs, on rolling country roads through Craighurst past Mount St. Louis and Moonstone;  distances of 60, 80 and 100 kms.  

 

Directions to ride start   

 

From Highway 400 exit at Duckworth Street, proceed straight onto Georgian Drive.

 ·         Turn right at the first set of stop lights into the Georgian College Campus.

 ·         Follow the roundabout and take the third exit.

 ·         Immediately turn left onto Residence Road - day parking available at $7/day (free for overnight  guests of the Conference Centre).

Must register by Friday June 15                                                                                            You get route maps and cue sheets for 2 days of cycling, with 3 route distances each You get a Friday evening reception at Georgian College (light refreshments) and social gathering /snacks  post-ride on Saturday afternoon, also at Georgian College    Note:  all cycling participants must be GCBT members - if not a member, please register.
