Having Trouble?

To access the Member's Area, you must have a current membership with GCBT and you must have a Google Account.  If you paid your membership at a ride, it may take a while to have it processed. Once processed you will recieve an Invitation Email.  If it has been a week and you still haven't received an email, you may want to check your spam folder. Also, there may have been a problem with the email address on the form. For assistance, use the form on the Contact Us page.
If you have recieved your invitation and have accepted it, and yet still can't access the Member's Area, check the email address associated with your Google Account.  When you filled in your GCBT application you provided an email address that was invited to join the group. If you have an existing Google Account that is associated with a different email address, you may not be granted access. If possible, associate this address with your Google Account. (click on the triangle beside yout signin address and select "Account". "Edit" your email addresses and at the bottom "Add a new alternate email address"). If that doesn't help, use the Contact Us page to let us know about your other email address, or create a Google Account for the address you used.
