A challenging ride through ‘the back forty’ to Niagara Falls, where you join the scenic Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The route cuts through vineyards and the Welland Canal Parkway Trail before transiting St. Catharines. Easy climb back up the escarpment, and a relatively flat ride to Smithville, before a spectacular descent into Grimsby.

Please note that there is only one distance being offered - 160 km.

Starting Point: Park on Murray St. beside Central Public School. Take the Grimsby exit off the Q.E.W., turn south - toward the escarpment on Christie St. Turn right on Main St. / Livingston Ave., the second street is Murray.
